• Current license to practice as a practical or vocational nurse in the US
• At least one year of experience

Aufgaben

• Obtain vital signs and perform behavioral health screenings
• Provide individualized nursing care per physician care plan
• Obtain IV access and prepare medications and immunizations
• Review immunization records and SOPs to select required immunizations
• Administer immunizations to all ages via established routes
• Educate patients and families on self-care and document teaching
• Instruct on normal vs adverse reactions to immunizations
• Review laboratory results and alert physician to abnormalities
