Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a PMHNP-BC to provide medication management and therapy in a hybrid outpatient setting in Cerritos, CA. The role emphasizes collaboration with psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The selected clinician will work in a flexible full-time schedule, with opportunities in telemedicine and in-person visits, supported by a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development.

• Unrestricted PMHNP-BC license with active DEA in delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Medication Management and Therapy as required.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions in adults and/or children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

As a PMHNP – Be Part of Our Growing Team:

• Medication Management Required & Therapy
• Evaluate, Diagnose & Treat a variety of Mental Health Areas in Adult and or Child/Adolescent Patient Populations
• Utilize EHR & Technology Platforms within the role

Qualifications

• Unrestricted License with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) in the State of Delivering Care with Active DEA
