Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking driven individuals to join our growing team. You will greet patients, escort them to the therapy area, inform the provider of arrivals, and help manage daily schedules while preparing and setting up treatment equipment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to the prescribed therapy area.
• Inform the provider when patients arrive.
• Receive the day's schedule when arriving to the Therapy Center.
• Alert the provider of any schedule changes.
• Prepare and set up all equipment in treatment areas.
• Ensure patients are supervised properly while completing treatment.
• Confirm with the provider that all treatment is completed.
• Maintain teamwork and communication with all staff in the Treatment Areas.
• Prepare hot packs, ice packs, and e-stimulation machines.
• Complete daily laundry and keep the area clean and safe.
• Assist with preparation and setup of equipment for patient use.
• Support and cooperate with the therapy team as needed.
