Job summary

Results Physiotherapy in Murfreesboro, TN, offers a Visit-Based Earnings (ViBE!) model where you control your caseload and income as a Physical Therapist. The role is outpatient orthopedics with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll be supported by robust systems to minimize documentation time.

We provide onboarding and a strong network within Upstream Rehabilitation, with opportunities to grow while helping the community stay active.

Qualifications

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Autonomous caseload management under ViBE program while maintaining excellence in care delivery and coding
• Documentation and scheduling systems designed to minimize time spent documenting
• Provide outpatient orthopedic PT and contribute to achieving better patient outcomes
