Rush Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care at our South Bend location. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with two evenings until 6 p.m., and a base salary starting at $76,000 per year with potential sign-on bonuses and debt relief programs.

You will evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient care while coordinating with the center manager and colleagues to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Comprehensive benefits and internal mobility are available.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years or current student rotation.
• CPR certification is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
