Banner Physical Therapy in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a salaried position starting at $80,000 with a sign-on bonus and student loan repayment options.

You will treat a diverse patient population and have opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills in pelvic health, concussion care, vestibular rehab, and other specialties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required training and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
