Select Physical Therapy in Niceville, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. This full-time, Monday–Friday position offers a $75,000–$95,000 annual salary plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

You will evaluate and treat patients with neuro, vestibular, hand therapy, and other conditions, document care, and collaborate with the center team. A PT degree, Florida license, and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility in Florida.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
