Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. The role offers a salary range of $80,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
