Valir Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient clinic in Moore, OK. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy and document care in Raintree EMR, while managing about 50 visits weekly with AI support to reduce documentation time.

We value a CAPTE-accredited degree, active PT licensure, strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of ~50 visits per week with AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
