The position requires a DPT, South Carolina licensure eligibility, and CPR/BLS certification. Experience in outpatient or orthopedic rehab is preferred, with strong communication and team-based skills valued.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible South Carolina PT licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative PT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based PT practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Assist in supervising PT assistants and support staff.
