Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California PT license.
• APTA board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to evolving needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation.
