Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy preferred.
• At least two years outpatient experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish desired.
• Current NM Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and administer rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and daily function.
• Perform initial exams and determine diagnoses prior to intervention.
• Design, execute and supervise individualized treatment programs to restore function and relieve pain.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliant records.
• Schedule patients to meet clinic productivity goals and ensure continuity of care.
• Confer with patients and practitioners to plan and assess interventions.
• Supervise support staff and ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction.
