Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes patient evaluations based on history, observation, and measurements, developing a plan of care.
• Develops plan of care and communicates goals with the patient and/or family.
• Provides therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments, documenting progress with measurable goals.
• Maintains patient records and completes evaluations, re-evaluations, progress and discharge summaries.
• Assists in adjusting schedules to accommodate caseload changes and coordinates with the treatment team.
• Contributes to professional development through competency training, clinical instruction, and performance improvement ideas.
• Communicates with physicians and other medical personnel regarding treatment, progress, or complications.
