Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in TX to work in the outpatient specialty. The position is a contract role with a 5x8 schedule.

The clinician will align with the organization’s vision, values, and goals, delivering high-quality patient care. Minimum requirements include 1 year of outpatient PT experience and an active TX PT license (or eligibility).
