You will collaborate with care teams, document progress, and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements while supporting Centra's mission to deliver excellent care nationwide.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
