• 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting.
• Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient's medical history and administer treatment.
• Complete documentation in patient's medical records.
• Instruct patient and family members in necessary patient care.
