• Plans, prepares and carries out individualized programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Performs therapy interventions using standard PT techniques appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Directs and supervises staff and delegates tasks, ensuring communication channels.
• Administers treatments involving physical agents and equipment.
• Evaluates and adjusts prosthetic/orthotic devices as needed.
• Identifies goals, progress and reevaluation plans.
