Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care at a Goodlettsville, TN location. You will provide PRN coverage, develop patient-specific care plans, and deliver outcomes-driven therapy in a supportive team.

The role offers the chance to transition to full-time or part-time, with ongoing professional development and access to Upstream’s educational resources. Active or pending TN PT licensure is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients

• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications

Schedule Options

• PRN: 1-19 hours per week
• Part Time: 1-29 hours per week
• Weekdays, mornings, evenings, and weekends available
