Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring for a Physical Therapist in Kingston Springs, TN to work PRN or part-time in outpatient orthopedics. You’ll develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and deliver high-quality therapy while collaborating with a supportive team.

New grads welcome. Expect mentorship, structured onboarding, and access to extensive CME resources through Upstream’s network and services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist

• Provide PRN (as needed) coverage, or work a flexible part-time schedule
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy

• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Schedule Options

• Part Time (1-29 hours)
• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
