Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to treat orthopedic and mobility cases for adults, with some geriatric patients. The role emphasizes quality patient care and collaboration with clinical teams.

You will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to positive rehabilitation outcomes. At least 1 year of outpatient PT experience, state licensure, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
