Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• More than one year experience as a physical therapist.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Current AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand their physical condition, symptoms, and medical history.
• Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Create individualized rehab programs including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate and coach patients on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain patient electronic medical records and document progress and adaptations.
