Job summary

Door County Medical Center in Sister Bay, WI is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for our outpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with potential to work at least 32 hours across four weekdays.

We welcome therapists at all experience levels, including new graduates, and provide mentorship and a structured ramp-up to build confidence and clinical skills. Wisconsin licensure required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduation as Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) and Wisconsin license.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
• New graduates welcome; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in a hospital outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team.
• See 4–7 patients per day with dedicated documentation time and no double bookings.
• Develop specialty skills and pursue certifications.
