Qualifications

• Must hold current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Mid-level outpatient experience preferred; sports/ortho residencies or fellowships valued.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, sports, and occupational injuries.
• Treatment Implementation: Apply evidence-based manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialists to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Assessments: Conduct physical therapy evaluations to determine patient needs and progress.
• Documentation: Use ATI’s proprietary EMR and patient management tools to streamline workflows and reduce documentation time.
• Education & Training: Participate in structured mentorship, residency programs, and leadership training.
