Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is required.

• Conduct Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) as required.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, staff, physicians and payors.
