Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient therapy in Lebanon, MO. You will perform objective assessments and design individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, while supervising rehabilitation staff under Mercy policies and standards.

Responsibilities include supervising patients, supervising rehabilitation technicians, and coordinating care with Therapy Leadership to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure.
• BLS certification required and current before independent care.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs.
• Supervise patients directly and rehab technicians, with PT assistants under state acts.
• Work under Therapy Leadership following Mercy policies and standards.
