Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic in Jacksonville, FL. The role features 1:1 patient care, 45-minute blocks, and a hard cap of 8 patients per day, with PSLF eligibility and a $5K sign-on bonus.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of 15+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs, with structured onboarding, 4–6 weeks, and a 5-week PTO plan. Enjoy M-F schedules with 4x10s or 5x8s and a $1,500 annual CEU allowance, plus retirement matching.

Qualifications

Position Highlights

• Freestanding hospital-based outpatient clinic, non-profit system (Jacksonville FL)
• PSLF eligible
• Mixed caseload: neuro (stroke, TBI, Parkinson's) and complex ortho
• 1:1 care, 45-min blocks, hard cap of 8 patients/day, no double-booking
• 4-to-6 week structured onboarding and mentorship
• M-F (4x10s or 5x8s), no weekend coverage, 5 weeks PTO
