Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT program.
• Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to apply).

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients.
• Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals.
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes.
• Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources.
• Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our "PT for Life" philosophy.
