MOTION PT in Astoria, Queens, NYC, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will provide evidence-based, patient-centered outpatient orthopedic care, guiding patients toward improved function and pain relief.

The position emphasizes mentorship, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development with a strong leadership trajectory. Compensation ranges from $85K to $112K plus incentives, with a sign-on bonus and up to $25K in student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the practicing state.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Preferred: 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience.
• Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient fieldwork.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic PT treatment.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and causes from history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
