Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide evaluation and treatment across orthopedic, sports medicine, neuro, vestibular, and oncology rehab, with opportunities in hand therapy and lymphedema.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensed physical therapist in IL or eligible for licensure.

Mansioni

• Establishes and implements treatment plans for outpatient PT patients.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families and care teams.
• Delegates and supervises assistants and students as appropriate.
• Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
