Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• 2-3 years outpatient experience preferred.
• NJ PT License

Responsabilités

• Evaluate outpatients with orthopedic conditions.
• Design and implement PT plan of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions.
• Document all encounters in the EMR.
• Collaborate with referring providers and rehab team.
• Support patient safety and education.
