Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to lead clinical development and supervise rehab staff. You will establish and adapt individualized treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives in daily practice.

Responsibilities include mentoring assistants, maintaining evidence-based standards, and engaging with patients and caregivers to support optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and electronic formats with patients, staff, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical knowledge and safety practices, and serves as a Clinical instructor.
• Establishes and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Oversees care provided by PT assistants and rehab aides, ensuring regulatory compliance.
