Job summary

Greater Therapy Centers, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Allen, Texas. The role focuses on outpatient orthopedics and helping patients reach rehabilitation goals.

You will evaluate patients, develop tailored treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, document progress, and educate patients and families about exercises and prevention.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
