Job summary

Greater Therapy Centers, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or licensure eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventive care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on latest research and best practices through continuing education.
