Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers (PTSMC) Newtown is seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team. You’ll deliver individualized care, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT program.
• Connecticut Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to apply).

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusting relationships with your patients
• Deliver exceptional care and tailor treatment plans to meet individual goals
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and your care team to ensure best outcomes
• Educate and empower patients with home programs and resources
• Represent PTSMC in the community and promote our “PT for Life” philosophy

Education
