The position requires a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, current state licensure, and CPR certification, with prior direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Current State Physical Therapist License.
• Current CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.
• Examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines their potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
