Atlantic Health System in New Providence, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. The role features a multi-schedule pattern: 7am-2pm Tue/Thu, 10am-7pm Mon/Wed, and 7am-3pm Fri, with a focus on patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualified candidates will have NJ PT licensure, 2-5 years of PT experience (lymphedema/oncology preferred), and a CAL/ALLY credential.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

Principal Accountabilities

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in the orientation of new staff members, serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision.

1. New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy.
2. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
3. Certified Lymphedema Therapist
4. 2-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and Experience in lymphedema and oncology
