Job summary

Community Care Physicians in Wynantskill, NY is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in a state-of-the-art building Wellness Way. This full-time position offers a $5,000 recruitment/retention bonus.

You will provide direct patient care across evaluation, examination, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions, while documenting treatments and progress to maximize functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration.
• 1 year physical therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document treatments to maximize outcomes.
• Integrate patient management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions.
• Document treatments and patient progress according to policies and procedures.
• Complete all documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
