Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Patient Evaluations: Perform detailed physical assessments to identify patients' movement challenges and therapeutic needs.
• Custom Treatment Plans: Design individualized therapy programs and track progress.
• Advanced Care Delivery: Use modalities and exercises to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with chiropractors, OTs, acupuncturists, and physicians.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate on conditions, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records per standards.
