Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans.
• Leverage technology and outcomes data to guide decisions.
• Document evaluations and treatments clearly and efficiently.
