Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient services. You will assess patients with mobility and functional impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to practice in the state
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
