Trinity Health's MercyOne Riverside Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed in Iowa.
• Previous work experience, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages in outpatient PT clinic.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with involvement from family and support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, SLP, PT and OT in an outpatient setting to achieve functional goals.
