Brooks Rehabilitation in Fernandina Beach, FL is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers opportunities to provide high-quality patient care in a patient-centered environment and to collaborate with experienced clinicians across settings.

You will complete new patient evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and contribute to a supportive clinic culture with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Florida PT license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
