Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of licensure in CO for outpatient work. The role is a contract position with an evenings schedule (5x8).

You will be accountable for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and goals in daily practice. The minimum requirements include 1 year of PT experience and outpatient experience, plus a current CO PT license.

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
