Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate functional mobility and provide goal‑oriented treatment to maximize independence. This role is part of Universal Health Services, Inc.

and requires Nevada licensure and current BLS certification. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care across rehabilitation services and hospital programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy meeting APTA requirements.
• Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note). Current BLS certification.
• Must demonstrate knowledge to provide care to the age groups served.
• May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on‑site direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
