Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of licensure in IL to work in Outpatient. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule. The role requires accountability and alignment with the organization’s vision, values, and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience in an Outpatient setting and an active IL license. Centra offers mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, a 401(k) with matching, CEU and licensure
