Harvest Healthcare Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care in Chester, WV. This full-time role supports the supervising Physical Therapist, assists with individualized treatment plans, and helps residents achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

You will monitor progress, educate residents and families, participate in discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a safe, compliant environment with the therapy team.

Competenze

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric care preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist with resident evaluations and development of treatment plans as directed.
• Monitor residents' responses to treatment and communicate progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Aides, Physical Therapy Aides, students, and volunteers as directed.
