Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of WA to work in the specialty area of Outpatient.

This contract position offers a 5x8 Days schedule in Tumwater, WA, with opportunities to contribute to patient care in an outpatient setting and to advance licensure and professional development within Centra’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (WA).

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the vision, values, mission and critical goals of Centra Healthcare into daily performance.
• Provide outpatient PT care as assigned in the Outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional standards and documentation in line with Centra policies.
