Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our North Shore outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients, document plans of care, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
