Qualifications

• One year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required.
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patient caseload of 12-15 patients/day.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and discharge planning with proper documentation.
• Supervise assigned assistants and coordinate with care team.
