Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Washington Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Minimum experience obtained as part of accredited PT program as an intern.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment programs per physician prescriptions and established PT practices.
• Treat adults or pediatric patients in outpatient setting as required by department.
• Perform related duties as assigned by department leadership.
